Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lingowow (“Service”) provided by R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

Description of Service

The Service allows you to book and manage language classes online. R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the Service, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C., its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lima, Peru, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and R & B GLOBAL SERVICES S.A.C. and govern your use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
